The Second Quantization Symbol Manipulator
The second quantization symbol manipulator and applications to spin-restricted open-shell coupled-cluster theory are described in Theor. Chim. Acta (1991) 79:1-42. The documentation below is more up-to-date but rather incomplete. The source code is available below, but is distributed without warranty and has not even undergone proper testing recently.
